Terms of Use
1. Service provider and acceptance of terms
The service provider is Eriva, IT Services, Croatia, OIB: 54245275730, email: info@eriva.hr. mygreen.world is a digital service for plant management, plant identification, AI analysis, and care reminders. By accessing or using the app, you accept these Terms of Use.
2. AI results are not professional advice
AI results, diagnoses, and recommendations are provided for information only and do not constitute professional botanical, horticultural, agronomic, veterinary, medical, safety, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results. You must assess whether a recommendation is suitable for your plant and growing conditions and seek professional advice where necessary.
3. User responsibility and limitation of liability
Use of AI results and plant-care recommendations is at your own responsibility. mygreen.world and the service provider are not liable for damage, plant loss, worsening plant condition, costs, loss of profit, or other consequences arising from use of or reliance on an AI result, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
4. User account and permitted use
A user account is required to save plants, photos, reminders, and subscription status. You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass technical limits, submit automated bulk requests, share an account in a way that breaches these terms, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or terminate access in the event of misuse.
5. Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation
Basic and Pro plans are annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled through Stripe or account settings. The price and plan contents are shown before purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal, while access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available only where required by applicable law or Stripe rules.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion, except in cases and under conditions provided by applicable law for digital services. If you expressly request the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided until withdrawal, or lose the right to withdraw where permitted by applicable law for a fully performed digital service.
7. Changes to the service and terms
We may change, improve, or temporarily limit app functionality for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service development. We may update these Terms of Use, and the last-modified date will appear at the top of the document. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms.
