Do reminders and notifications work on iPhone?
Yes, with an iOS limitation: web push notifications work when mygreen.world is installed on the Home Screen as a PWA and the user allows notifications. They may not be available in a regular browser tab on iPhone.
Can I enable or disable notifications?
Yes. Reminders are optional and can be enabled or disabled in account settings. Watering, fertilizing, and repotting reminders are supported.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro?
Yes. If you have an active Basic plan, you can upgrade to Pro from My account without starting a new subscription. Stripe charges only the prorated difference for the rest of the annual period and upgrades the existing subscription.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
Your data is not deleted. You can remove existing content, wait for the monthly AI quota to reset, or upgrade where available. Existing plants remain visible after a downgrade.
Are my photos stored securely?
Photos are stored in Firebase Storage under your user account and Firestore stores only metadata. When you delete your account, the backend deletes the photos and related application data.
