1. Data controller and contact
The controller of personal data is Eriva, IT Services, established in Croatia, OIB: 54245275730. For privacy questions and to exercise your rights, contact us at info@eriva.hr.
2. Data we collect
We collect data needed to operate the app: Google sign-in data such as your email address and basic profile data, profile data, plant data, photos you upload, AI results and diagnoses, subscription data, reminder data, and basic device data necessary for security and operation of the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and maintain the service, save your garden, identify plants with AI, process subscriptions, send user-enabled reminders, secure the system, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Legal bases include performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the service, legal obligations where applicable, and your consent for Google Analytics and other optional analytics tags.
4. Photos, AI processing, and AI models
Plant photos are stored in Firebase Storage under your user account and used for display in the app, plant identification, and analysis of possible diseases or plant condition. Photos and associated data are processed through our backend services and Google/Firebase/Vertex AI infrastructure. We do not use individual user content to train our own models, and AI analysis is used solely to provide functionality within the app.
5. Google Analytics and cookies/tags
Google Analytics is enabled only if you consent. Analytics helps us understand how the app is used and improve the experience, but is not necessary for the service to work. You can enable or disable analytics later in account settings. If consent is not given, Google Analytics is not loaded.
6. Subscriptions and Stripe
Stripe handles payments and card-data processing for Basic and Pro subscriptions. mygreen.world does not store and cannot access your full card number. We receive from Stripe the data needed to confirm payment, subscription status, billing period, and subscription management.
7. Recipients and data transfers
To provide the service, we use infrastructure and processing providers such as Google/Firebase/Google Cloud/Vertex AI and Stripe. Data may be processed within and outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards applied by those providers, including contractual and technical safeguards.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, ensure security, resolve user requests, meet legal and accounting obligations, and protect legitimate interests. You can request or initiate account deletion, after which we delete app data and associated photos, except data we must retain for legal obligations or legitimate defence against claims.
9. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing where these rights apply. If you believe processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). To exercise your rights, contact info@eriva.hr.
